Community Partnership Director

The Community Partnerships Director will play a critical role in advancing the mission and vision of KACS by addressing the issues affecting the well-being of community members in Southern Chester County. The Director will implement strategies to engage individuals, groups, and organizations in KACS’s work by building and maintaining relationships to ensure that programs and initiatives are responsive to the needs and interests of each diverse sector of the community.

Program Director

The Program Director is a full-time position that is responsible for all aspects of emergency assistance programs and crisis services at KACS including management of staff, effective fiscal management of the program budget and collaborating with partner agencies and key funding sources to ensure that KACS programs are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Emergency Assistance Advocate

The (Social Worker) Emergency Assistance Advocate (EAA) is a full-time position that is responsible for assessing the needs of participants, creating household stabilization plans with the participants and providing case management to participants experiencing housing crisis. The EAA provides support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and overall evaluation of individual participant needs. Relationship building is a central component of this position, requiring use of the Bridges Out of Poverty Framework to build resources.
