Bourbon is a high-malt whiskey made from a distinctly unique blend of corn, rye, rye malt and barley malt. The flavor profile begins with soft, subtle notes of caramel and vanilla and finishes with spicy, rye malt goodness
Showcasing Notes of Vanilla, Smoke, and Nutmeg with a Sublime Toasty Finish. (Aged no less than 2 years) with our mash of grain grown right on our farm, milled fresh on-site, and double distilled our Bourbon Whiskey is aged to perfection in hand-selected American White Oak barrels.
The nose starts with hints of warmed almonds, apple pie, and dark chocolate. On the palate, earthy tobacco and toasted corn jump out followed by lingering clove and cinnamon. As the pour sits, maple syrup and vanilla notes evolve on the nose and palate.
This well-rested bourbon carries a nose of maple and blackberry while the mild taste of vanilla pastry crème makes for a smooth feel. Hints of peach and apple balance notes of pepper, black tea, and demerara sugar. Gold medal in SF World Wine & Spirits
Bourbon is carefully distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and choice malted barley before being aged in charred American oak casks. Aged for over 2 years.
Eight Oaks Veterans Cut Bottled-in-Bond Whiskey is double distilled and aged to perfection in a hand-selected white oak barrel and has balanced notes of vanilla and honey, a touch of smoke, and a slightly peaty finish with notes of spice and dried cherry.
8yr Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon with sweet notes of honey, vanilla and orange rind lay over a rye base. This bourbon is in the line of Michter’s and A. H. Hirsh At Stoll and Wolfe, every bottle undergoes filtration to remove char. Until now. For those who’d prefer a straw into the barrel, drinking straight from the source…our 1st unfiltered release.
